Rights and Obligations of the Buyer and the 

Buyer’s Rights

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer has the right to receive the ordered goods as described — in the specified quality and within the indicated delivery time.

The Buyer has the right to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 days, in accordance with the “Returns Policy”.

The Buyer has the right to receive complete and accurate information about the products, their characteristics, prices and delivery conditions.

Buyer’s Obligations

The Buyer undertakes to provide truthful and accurate information when placing an order, including a correct delivery address and contact details.

The Buyer undertakes to make timely payment for the order and ensure receipt of the goods.

The Buyer is responsible for any losses resulting from incorrectly provided information.

Seller’s Rights

The Seller has the right to change product prices, delivery conditions and these Terms at any time by publishing updated information on the website.

The Seller has the right to refuse an order if the product is not available or if payment has not been received.

The Seller has the right to refuse cooperation if the Buyer violates these Terms or provides false information.

Seller’s Obligations

The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in accordance with the order and within the specified time.

The Seller undertakes to comply with consumer protection laws and ensure that the product corresponds to the description.

The Seller undertakes to ensure the protection of personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.
