Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the item within 14 calendar days from the day of receiving the product, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia.

Return Procedure

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact us by email at [email protected] and include the order number.

The customer must:

• return the item within 7 days after submitting the withdrawal request;

• send the item in the same condition and original packaging in which it was received;

• cover the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• items made according to the customer’s individual specifications (custom orders);

• items that are used, damaged or missing original packaging;

• products that perish quickly or are intended for short-term use.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the same account from which the payment was made, within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
